So when I was using blogger, every year I’d start a new blog. This way when I want to look back on my younger years itll be a lot easier for me rather than having to go through a million posts for something in particular. However, I’m trying to keep my next blog a little more private. So, if you want my URL just message me and I’ll be more than happy to give it to you. I also feel like because I will be turning 18 in 2012 it’s really important that I monitor what I post. Just because I feel like maybe people won’t take 16/17 year old Nour seriously but 18 year old Nour?. There’s no excuse. Although, I’m not planning on being the same childish girl I was in the last two years of my life from now on. Simply because high school is coming to an end. College will start and.. To me that seems like enough of a push for me to grow up. I’m already working two jobs and when hours start to pile itll be enough responsibility to keep me out of trouble. Besides my new found love for journalism is keeping me really occupied. My next article in the school newspaper is going to be a fleshed out 1000 word article on the different types of charities and what they serve to accomplish. Long term vs. short term.. That kinda thing. But one thing I am really looking forward to in my last semester of high school is riding my bike to school since its going to get warmer, and my p.e class. Yes I’m taking p.e in 12th grade. I only needed one more semester haha. It’ll keep me in shape along with my own personal exercise at home. I also think I’ll be going to prom… But that’s still kind of iffy for me! Just because I’m not too sure I want to spend money on one night of my life.. Or I’ll just .. Buy my car. So if I had to choose, I’m going with the car! Yes that’s exciting too! I’ll get to grow up and start making car payments! Yay -.- … Hmm.. What else? That’s all I guess. It sounds great. But it’s also scary because now.. I see how my parents have aged and how I am not their little girl anymore. It’s scary, but I love them and hopefully in the next few months I will be able to do something nice for them and make them proud of me. :) I love you both very very much! Thanks 2011, for allowing me to grow into who I am and who I will be.
